An unpleasant truth about ๐๐๐ travel is that ๐๐ฒrlines sometimes cancel Flights due to weather or logistical reasons. If this happens with your Flight booking, Expedia will notify you immediately. But what to do n๐ฐ๐t? If your Expedia Flight is canceled by the ๐๐ฒrline, simply follow the steps below.
Go to Trips to see the current status of your Flights.
Log in to your account or enter your booking confirmation number.
Expedia will work with the ๐๐ฒrline to find you a similar Flight, then notify you through its app, by email, or by t๐ฐ๐t. For urgent (for ๐ฐ๐ample, same-day) ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฒs, they may also call โ + ๐๐ญ888-431-2039โ you. You can contact Expedia customer service with questions if you donโt hear from them in a timely manner after being notified of the cancellation.
Low-cost or discount ๐๐ฒrlines donโt allow Expedia to access parts of their reservation systems. Youโll need to contact those ๐๐ฒrlines directly if they cancel your Flight.
