To be honest, I didn’t need to interact with customer service much, which was a good thing! I’ve read a lot about Ryanair’s sometimes-frustrating customer service, especially when things go wrong. The reputation is hit or miss, but in my case, everything went smoothly, so I didn’t need to contact them. I did notice that if you want to get in touch, it’s usually best to do it via the website, since calling can be a hassle.
